Something like this happened to me when I upgraded from one server
release to another and a cleanup fixed it.  If you're absolutely
certain that your entire music library lies within the path you've
configured in Squeezebox Server, run the second cleanup option ("Clean
cache folder...") on the advance tab.  Then restart the server & rescan
your library.  (Do not run the first option, "Delete preference files.")
