I've used MediaFly for several weeks now and really like it. I find it very helpful to create "channels" for each podcast in MediaFly, so it puts my podcasts (e.g., Planet Money, Fresh Air) into separate channels. That way, when I'm in the mood for Planet Money, I can listen to several of them in a row without having to touch the device.
