So now I've replaced my wireless router (dlink 615) with a netgear 3700. Think I can rule out router as an issue since the SB radios still become out of sync---actually, they still appear to be synced but no sound.
This is so frustrating, but I guess my experience is the exception. I'd really love to get this to work, but it's just not going to happen.
