The easiest way may be this: 1) Find the IP of your Radio. 2) Ping the radio (open CMD in Windows and enter "ping 111.222.333.444" (substitute the Radio's IP address for 111.222.333.444) to confirm that the Radio answers ping calls. There should be four pings and four replies. 3) Turn the Radio full off, and/or disconnect it from the network. 4) Ping the radio again. If something answers, it's not the radio, which means that another device is using the same IP.
