Which server (SBS on your computer or MySB.com online) are you connected to when you save a Favorite? Favorites saved on SBS cannot be accessed from MySB.com, but Favorites on MySB.com can be accessed from SBS server. From your Radio on SBS server go to Favorites and there should be a menu item "On MySqueezeBox.com" (assuming you saved a Favorite on MySB.com).
Apps can be uninstalled (deleted) in two ways: 1. On MySB.com web UI > My Apps > *select App* > Uninstall 2.
