I completely agree with you on both counts! I despise local AM/FM radio and Logitech has done a piss poor job of marketing their entire SqueezeBox line in the US. Walk into any Best Buy store (guessing the biggest in-store retailer of SB players) and I defy you to even find the players on the shelf. They are usually there..... somewhere. But there is usually just one box on the shelf, no display, and they are located in a different product category in different Best Buy stores. Logitech is starting to market their Revue box (GoogleTV) on national TV commercials in the US and I'm betting this box will eventually use MySB.com and/or SqueezeBox Server in the future. This should add some interest to the entire SB line of players going forward, assuming the Revue survives the very competitive market it is selling into.
