Your SqueezeBox needs to be connected to MySqueezeBox.com (and not to a local SqueezeBoxServer). A player is always connected to exactly ONE server, i.e. it is either connected to MySB OR to SBS. If it is connected to a local SBS, you cannot control the player through the MySB website. In this case, you can use the SBS WebUI to control the player.
