You must do a Factory Reset and set up the Radio from scratch if you
want to change it's MySB account, there is no edit feature for this.

SB Radio Factory Reset = 
- power off Radio (press & hold POWER button, see "goodbye" on screen)
- press & hold “+” button
- power ON Radio
- continue holding “+” until you see "Factory Settings Restored"
- wait till Radio completely reboots on it’s own 

After you setup networking it will say "this Radio is registered to
xxxx", select Create New Account (or something like that).

But I'd be very curious to know why your existing MySB account is not
working.  It is listing in Radio diagnostics your correct MySB login
email, no?
