I just completed a factory reset and I am trying to get my Radio back. I have the same issue but found that I have not pointed the unit at the SBS server I have running. As soon as I tried to play some music and selected the right source I got a list of custom clock screens in the config menu.
Only issue is the one I had is not in my std list. I know that I added some when this app was first released.
