In the settings page for the Spotify plugin, select "Always Stream via Helper" - this will avoid using the built in streaming in the Radio firmware. Alternatively ensure you have your spotify account details registered in MySqueezebox.com (as this is where Radio's built in streaming gets its configuration from)
