in your web address bar, type in 192.168.0.1. this should take you to your router settings. If you get prompted for a user name and password, 9 times out of ten it tends to be 'admin' for both. If not, have a look for a sticker on your router which may tell you. When there, hunt around for UPnP, and disable it if enabled. As I say, has worked for me so is worth a try for you :-)
