SBS > Settings > Plugins, scroll to bottom of web UI page, select Update Plugins Automatically and Show All 3rd Party Plugins.
Unless they changed the SBS Home UI notices recently, the same area (lower left) that notifies you that there is an SBS update should also inform you that Plugins have been updated (and reboot required). Also if you navigate to SBS > Settings > Plugins it will also inform you that Plugin updates are now installed, SBS restart button offered.
