I urge everyone reading this thread to ask Logitech to do MORE to inform
users when there are outages or other problems on logitech's end. A mass
email or a post on the main website would help tremendously. Otherwise,
we'll continue to needlessly spend 30 minutes on hold, reboot, reset
and trouble shoot on our end. This lack of mass communication also
contributes to the log jam when you call customer support.
