Perhaps you've already considered this, but my original wireless connection for my Radio was poor. I then realized I had a washer/dryer directly in the line-of-sight between the router and the Radio. Moving the router a couple of feet solved the problem. Its roughly 9 or 10 meters between the two devices with plenty of signal.
