First and foremost stop using WEP, it's pretty much useless for
encryption.  Better to use WPA2+AES.

Verify there are no spaces in your SB3's passphrase.  A space is viewed
as a character, use the Play button to erase any spaces. 
Disable MAC filtering on your router and DO broadcast your SSID.
Try turning off encryption all together, see if it connects.  If yes,
try again with your encryption turned on.

Might also need to use a HEX converter for your passphrase.  It's a
common problem with WEP.  Search "hex" in these forums.
