I like my Radio. It works for me. However, rather than just put money in the pockets of lawyers, if the OP isn't happy with his stuff, just sell it on eBay. He'll get rid of his frustration and get back maybe 50% of what he paid. That's way more than anything he'll ever get out of a lawsuit.
