I'm using Version: 7.4.2 - r30215 and can't guarantee that this is available in any other version. That said, load up the server Web interface, go to the Advanced panel on the right, choose Software Updates from the dropdown menu in the upper left corner. Set Software Updates to Don't check for software updates and Automatic downloads to Do not automatically download updates.
