Thats what I thought initially. It was packaged like new, all the protection films were placed perfectly. It looked brand new. But even if it has been set up and used before you should be able to re-configure the network. Instead it was like: Turn it on -> "Connecting to mysqueezebox.com" -> "Connection failed" -> "Retry / Diagnosis". And absolutely no way to leave this screen, no matter what.
