iPeng definitely works with iOS 6. If you can't see any players, you have some kind of issue to reach your server (the Apps never talk directly to the players/radios). Are you using MySqueezebox.com or do you run your own server? Have you tried to re-register with MySqueezebox.com if that's what you use?
