If you are trying to install Custom Clock on a Touch and have a USB drive connected to the Touch, it's also worth to temporary try to shutdown the Touch, disconnect the USB drive, start the Touch and see if it works after that. This will ensure that the built-in server in the Touch doesn't cause any problems.
