Not sure it will help but you can try a Firmware Rollback: 1) Turn Radio off: Press & hold the power button till you see Goodbye 2) Turn back on: Press & hold REW and PWR buttons simultaneously
Is it really a SqueezeBox Radio and not a UE Radio with SqueezeBox firmware? Was it purchased new? You the original owner?
