Your Radio can connect to either LMS or mysqueezebox.com, but not both
at the same time.

It appears that you don't wish to have your PC running all the time just
to listen to your Radio.

As you have no centre knob, try this, using the LMS web interface, on
the left hand side, scroll to the bottom of the page to "Music Source"
under "Extras", if you click on this you should be given the option to
connect your Radio to mysqueezebox.com.

You should be able to to pick up a suitable replacement knob at an
electrical spares/parts shop.
