I think the other issues are resolved in 0.5.

Another thing, on a project I upgraded from Rails 0.13 to 1.0 rel 3
recently the server console doesn't show anything (inside eclipse),
yet if I run WeBrick from the command line I get the console output.
RadRails: 0.4.1
InstantRails: 1.0 previev 3 (Ruby 1.8.2 Rails 1.0 rel 3)
Eclipse: 3.11
OS: WinXP Prof
