It does, yes. In fact, I would assume date format is one of the things that
often differs between countries, so perhaps that one should be made
non-optional too? (there are other date strings which seem to be non-optional
currently, e.g. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Date.formats.heatmap/en)

Thanks! By default, that still claimed that there is nothing to translate,
though 😢 . One has to find somewhat hidden _**"..."**_ sub-menu to the right of
those tabs, and add checkbox there to be able to see such optional messages.
