I think it makes sense to include a link to
https://guides.rubyonrails.org/asset_pipeline.html, with the hint "_You can use
the `rails assets:clobber` command to delete all your precompiled assets_".
Cleaning up the tmp/ directory might also be required.
I don't know how often I've been searching for a way to get rid of
precompilation (+artifacts), only to forget about the exact steps next time I
need it.
