I really don't understand how these imports actually work.
I seem to both require i18n, but then also not require it.

For this PR, I seem to need it, otherwise `OSM.i18n.t` does not seem to exist.

Can someone with more rails knowlege give me a better mental model how this 
works?
- At first I was "C-Style-Preprocessor", that does not seem the case,
- then I was thinking this works in the "we concat things into a few giantic 
files, this specifes the order" but that also does not seem to be the case

So confusing
