gravitystorm left a comment (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6664)
This PR is cursed somehow, and I'm not sure why. The changes work fine on my
local machine, but consistently fail in CI even after rebasing. So I'm not sure
what's going on here. Suggestions welcome.
