helpful:

I'm working on a book called Rails 3 in Action (http://manning.com/katz) which 
currently covers the basic development of a ticket tracking application through 
Behaviour Driven Development (RSpec and Cucumber).

This may be useful as a demonstration of BDD in practice to you.
