While I'm not sure there is any "should' about this, a developer 'could' be
have skills in all of those and a bunch more such as psychologist, visual
artist, entrepreneur, coach, fearsome tester, entertaining presenter, great
cofee maker ...

It really comes down to what your passions and motivations are.
