While I'm not sure there is any "should' about this, a developer 'could' be have skills in all of those and a bunch more such as psychologist, visual artist, entrepreneur, coach, fearsome tester, entertaining presenter, great cofee maker ...
It really comes down to what your passions and motivations are. >From a team perspective, a certain number of skills need to be incorporated: whether they are all condensed into single in individuals and spread among a group doesn;t matter quite so much. Great teams come from unique combinations. However, a team is strengthened if members can "cover" for one another and so it's better for each member to have a number of strings to their bows.
