I’ve used XE Trade to transfer money between countries. Looks similar to ozforex in that it takes setup.
I transferred online into a local bank account in NZ and it was transferred into my account in AU in a few days. I incurred no other fees at either end, their profit is built into the exchange rate, and presumably interest from holding it for a few days.
