Hi roro members, The Ruby Australia Committee would like to announce the inaugural Australian Ruby Developer Survey to be found at http://ruby.org.au/2015survey
The reasoning behind the why and the how of the survey is covered on the linked page, but the TL;DR is that we need good data to advocate on behalf of the community, particularly to universities and industry - the places we want help creating more Ruby devs and employing more Ruby devs. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to fill in and it'll be a big help to the community. If you know of anyone that writes ruby and doesn't subscribe to the list (or follow the @rubyaustralia twitter) please share the link with them. All things going to plan we'll be able to share the first cut of the data at the next railscamp. Regards, John P.S. My internet access will be spotty over the next couple of days because of travel, so if you respond with questions that go unanswered, it's not _just_ because I'm a jerk. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby or Rails Oceania" group.
