We want someone who can solve problems creatively while navigating a mature code base. Even though BugHerd has been around for a while, this is not a maintenance gig, there is real value to be added! We would love you to be in Melbourne (we are based near the Arts Centre & NGV) but it’s no deal breaker. However, you do need to be able to engage with the team on an AEST timezone. With 5+ years of experience you will know your way around: - Ruby/Rails - Postgres - Heroku - Bonus points awarded for JS, SASS, DevOps What we offer: - Autonomy, Mastery, Purpose (Google it) - Excellent working conditions - 8 weeks of paid parental leave and flexible work-from-home arrangements - Remote is cool - Part-time is also cool We are a small team (5-6) with clear, achievable targets and lots to get done.
