Added deploy.js (modified from run_all.js, thanks to Supun) , deploy.bat,
test_scen.bat. We can have same functionality as in linux. If user only wants
to deploy, can use deploy.bat. If wants to run only one sample, can use
test_scen.bat. Syntax is same as linux versions.
