Cannot load certificates generated on Windows

Rampart fails to load cert files generated in Windows. Endline characters on
Windows are different from Linux. Currently rampart can handle only
certificates with Linux style end-line characters. Here I have attached 2 cert
files, one generated in Linux and one from Windows.

my_cert.cert - Windows
