Rampart will not work in the client side for two way dual channel scenarios

We set the propert is_server_side in the msg_ctx. For the dual channel scenario
in the client side there is a separate listener. So the client incoming path is
working like a server. So inside rampart the is_server_side property will be
miss interpreted. And Rampart is heavily dependent upon this property.
