Rampart and in-bound only ws-securitypolicy file

Hi,

I am trying to define WS-SecurityPolicy file for Rampart to secure(i.e. to
have user-name token) inbound soap messages only(outbound message doesnt
have any security header). Could  some one please give me some pointers how
the WS-SecurityPolicy file will look like? Rampart examples seem to have
security for both ways.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
