Order of the elements is not the way they are expected to be in the
response. In the case of
encrypt before sign, Signature element of should appear before the reference
list element in the
security header. In the request you can see that signature element appear
before the reference
list. But in the response it is not the case. So something might have gone
wrong in Symmetric
Binding builder. My concern is that, Symmetric Binding builder sometimes use
time stamp to
place certain elements in the header. As this policy doesn't have a time
stamp, it might have
caused the problem. Can you please raise a JIRA with the given policy ?
