Hi Nandana
OK. I was fooled by the fact that there were already jar files in the
jre/lib/security
directory with the correct names. I assumed that since the jar files
were there I had what I needed.
I downloaded the jce_policy-1_5_0.zip and
replaced the previous jars with the ones from the download. Now I have the
rampart build
passing the tests.
I would recommend making the README.txt be a little more specific by saying
that the
existing jars have to be replaced.
