I checked out rampart from svn and am trying to build it using maven (from root rampart directory, issue command 'mvn clean install'). I'm using maven 2.1 with IBM JDK 1.5. I get the error:

I can open the specified pom.xml file and have no clue why it appears to expect it to be a zip file. Not really sure where to start debugging this. Thanks, Bob
