I have to ask these questions of my self before sending to the list. The short answer (for those who may not know but want to know) is to set the wss4j precisionInMilliseonds parameter. I feel like a total wonk for not seeing that before I asked the question.

The timestamps that the Oracle wss generates are only to the second and I am seeing that the timestamps generated by Rampart/WSS4J are to the millisecond. Is there any way to override that timestamp so I can use my Oracle Web Services with the timestamp? Hendry Betts| ViaSat |Developer| *:[email protected]| *:678.924.2409 | *: 404.754.0636
