With the attached patch, the SAML 2.0 support for Rampart will be available.
This patch contains the code that is used to generate SAML 2.0 tokens complying
to the SAML Token profile v1.1 .
For the validation part of an SAML 2.0 assertion, I have submitted a patch to
the WSS4J under the WSS-204.
