We started the 1.5 release process and created the Rampart 1.5
branch here [1]. I was planning put a RC in the middle of the month, but ran
into some problems due to travelling :(. I will do RC soon, proelly end if
this week. Hopefully we will be able to release Rampart 1.5 early next
month.
