In order to build the Rampart from the source with the SAML 2.0 support, the
default JAXP implementation of the JDK should be endorsed with the jaxp
implementations of Xerces and Xalan. The instructions related to this task
needs to be available in the README.txt along with the instructions for
enabling unlimited security jurisdiction and bouncy castle libraries.
In addition to that, Rampart binary distribution should contain the dependent
jars of OpenSAML 2 library along with the proper licensing documents.
