Hi All,
I'd like to propose Prabath Siriwardena as a WS committer. Prabath
has submitted a number of patches to Rampart, Axis2 and Savan projects [1].
He has also been very active [2] in the Rampart dev list answering lot of
user questions. He is an expert in WS Securty area and personally I have
learned a lot from his security talks. I think he will be a great addition
to Rampart team and WS project in overall. Here's my +1 to bring him on
board as a committer.
