Incorrect version references in Rampart 1.4

When you go to http://ws.apache.org/axis2/modules/index.html and click Rampart
(version 1.4) you get redirected to
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/modules/rampart/1_3/security-module.html (Notice 1_3
in the url). Is that ok ?
Once on the redirected page, you see configuration for Rampart 1.0 and Rampart
1.1 but not for Rampart 1.4. Is this the right page ?
