Rampart 1.5 on FreeBSD

Hi,

Has anyone had signature verification problems with Rampart 1.5 and Axis 
1.5.1 on FreeBSD 7.2?  It works fine with the exact same code, 
keystores, and Rampart configuration on Snow Leopard.  It seems to be 
time dependent; a small portion of the time it works.  ntpd is running 
on both the client on FreeBSD and the server it is contacting.

cacerts is unchanged on FreeBSD.  Rampart 1.4 works with no problems on 
FreeBSD.
