As per Glen's mail he has already tested with Rampart; "I tested the distribution, confirmed that the CLOSE_WAIT problem isn't there by default, Rampart seems to work, the XSS vulnerability is still gone, etc. Packaging looks good"
We will further test Rampart 1.5.0 with Axis2 1.5.2 - If it's compatible you can go ahead with Rampart 1.5.2. WDYT?
