also firewall and than ran rancid-run manually but there no update in the
revisons neither any email .

Also, the problem could simply be email: maybe RANCID is working fine but the
emails aren't making it out. I've run into this more than once when something
external in the email chain changed.
You've a bit more basic UNIX troubleshooting to do before we start blaming
RANCID, I'm afraid. Luckily people here will generally be able to provide some
advice at the OS level, given adequate detail.

I had rancid installed couple of months back and working fine with no issuesi
have rancid version 3.9 with viewvc 1.3.0
I just realized that any changes to most devices are not backed up.there is no
update in revison version neither I receive mailIt stopped on sept 21
2022attached a screen shot of the firewall
changes to above device is done almost daily.i did run clogin deviceip and it
logs in succesfully
appreciate if someone can advise and help in troubleshooting the issue
I checked the logs but there is no clue
