Royal Rangers to the Rescue I was in my yard when 4 police cars flew past with sirens a blaring. Then a police helicopter started circling an area about 2 blocks away. Humpph. Maybe I oughta go check it out. I could hear more sirens in the distance.  My son had just borrowed my truck and went to the church.  I know I’ll saddle up my dogs and take them for a walk. They love getting to go for a walk. As they pull me down the street and around a corner. I see some clothes in the street and a ballcap. Odd, maybe some kids lost their clothes coming home from school?? As I get to the next corner I can see a half dozen police cars and the next whole block blocked off. There is a police officer standing there diverting any traffic that might try to go that way. I asked what happened and he told me a bank robbery. Well I know there’s no banks close by so I quiz him a bit more. "Did they chase him to here?" And he nods affirmitive. "Was he on foot?", I ask as I remember seeing the clothes. "No", he replies. So I tell him about the clothes in the street about a block away and he sends a motorcycle unit to check it out. Sure enough the clothes were ditched and a Ranger Ranger saves the day.
