Recently there were posts about groups not chartering. And Ol Duane raised some questions. I wrote a note to a dear friend who is the National Training Coordinator for RAngers. His reply was that the chaters coming in are at a normal rate. He also stated that rumors of mass exodus from Rangers are not true.

From me, Change is hard. A lot of people in Rnagers dont like what they see or precieve and that I guess is to be expected. The problem is that nowadays in our modern society we all expect the "instant Fix". We have instant everything and expect things to change the same way, well folks, It just dont work that way in real life. So in short I will use a saying by John Kennedy, Ask not what Rangers can do for me, but, rather what can I do for Rangers to make it better.
